Published Authors

Our second and third graders published a book they wrote in class. We learned about writing a rough draft and proofreading before writing the final draft. In the beginning of the year we learned about an artist that told stories through her photographs. As a class they decided that we should tell stories about the pictures we took throughout the year. The title of our book is Pictures Tell Stories. Most of the photographs in our book were taken by one of the students or myself, Mrs. Bertrand. The stories that the children wrote are full of imagination and hard work. If you get a chance to read our book I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did when it came back to us as our published book.
